Built on Jacksonville Roots. Driven by Strength, Skill and Service.
Bullard Coatings was founded in 2024 as an extension of a long-standing, family-owned construction and hardscape legacy in Jacksonville, Florida. After more than two decades serving the region through Bullard Fence and completing large-scale projects like tennis courts, basketball courts, concrete driveways and patio surfaces, the Bullard family saw a growing need for high-quality, long-lasting concrete coating services.
With an experienced coatings specialist joining the team, the company expanded into residential, commercial and industrial floor coatings, launching Bullard Coatings as a dedicated brand offering premium protective systems on a stand-alone basis.
Today, we proudly serve homeowners and businesses across Northeast Florida and, for large projects, the entire Southeast.
Our mission is simple: deliver high-performance concrete coating solutions built on durability, functionality, style and integrity.

After successfully mastering outdoor coatings and sports court installations through Bullard Outdoors, Sean saw an opportunity to expand the Bullard enterprise even further. He encouraged Lisa to launch Bullard Coatings, building on proven systems and real-world experience developed in the field. Today, Bullard Coatings stands as a dedicated division rooted in performance and precision.
